Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 6oz cream cheese(softened)
- 1/2 cup DiabetiSweet
- 2oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, DiabetiSweet
and vanilla extract until creamy. Melt chocolate
(in microwave or double boiler). Pour melted chocolate
into cream cheese mixture while stirring. Mix until
chocolate is evenly distributed. Pour into 8-inch
square pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate
overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Each serving (1 square)
counts as 1/2 starch exchange and 2 fat exchanges.
Each serving contains 125 Calories, 8g carbohydrates,
1g protein, and 12g fat.
