Brownies
Ingredients
- Non-caloric cooking spray
- 2 eggs
- 1/2cup margarine
- 1 3/4 cup DiabetiSweet
- 1oz unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray 8" square pan with non-fat cooking spray.
Beat eggs lightly. Mix margarine and DiabetiSweet
until creamy. Melt chocolate and add to the margarine
mixture. Mix until chocolate is evenly distributed
throughout mixture. Add eggs and vanilla to margarine
mixture and mix well. In a separate bowl mix flour
and baking powder. Add flour mixture to margarine
mixture and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture
into 8" square
pan and bake 35 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into
16 even pieces. Each serving (1 piece) counts as
1 starch exchange and 1/4 fat exchange. Each serving
contains 107 Calories, 22g carbohydrates, 2g protein,
and 4g fat.
